I am Kadri, a highly experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting C-suite leaders in global businesses within finance, tech and education sectors. I grew into EA shoes from managing reception teams to account, project, and facilities management roles, which have given me a view into different business areas and how they function. I also hold a BA degree in Interior Design.

I started Valgest VA as a result of being made redundant twice in 2 years from jobs that I loved but worked extremely long hours on, whilst fitting in personal projects and responsibilities like relocation, a large-scale DIY house renovation/extension project, and raising my son. I felt that it was time to take more control of my time and invest it into building my own business and have an opportunity to spend more time with my son. I’m a friendly and capable person, who likes to make things happen!

Now I help others do the same by giving back time spent on admin and operations and supporting business owners to focus on growth and gain more time to themselves.
